Goldwyn ensures high quality by controlling the design and manufacture of critical components such as electronic drivers and optical lenses at our plant. Goldwyn LED lighting fixtures undergo rigourous testing for extreme temperature and humidity conditions to ensure reliability in all operating conditions. Our LED lighting fixtures are designed for best light output to suit specific lighting applications, delivering high lumens per watt of energy consumed.

Goldwyn  has a state-of-the-art photometric laboratory which enables us to monitor all critical measurements of the light output of our LED lighting fixtures. Goldwyn LED is thus able to deliver IES files for each LED lighting fixture that we design and manufacture.

Our range of LED lights cover most external and internal applications in everyday life. Goldwyn LED also serves large projects by custom designing LED lighting fixtures to suit demanding applications with IP products and for hazardous environments with safe  ATEX  designs.

Manufacturing Plant

Goldwyn has a modern manufacturing factory of 9000 sq. mts. near New Delhi, India, to design and manufacture LED light fixtures. The manufacturing philosophy of Goldwyn is to produce all critical components and assemblies in the plant, so as to maintain high quality and reliability in our LED lighting products.

Goldwyn designs and manufactures the electronic drivers. We use CAD workstations and SMD card assembly to design and produce proprietary electronic hardware with power surge protection to overcome harsh conditions of usage. In addition, we have the capability to design and manufacture plastic moulds for optical lenses. The company also has several high capacity CNC plastic injection moulding machines for in-house production of lenses from specialised plastic compounds. Our design team takes care to use special components and consumables for effective thermal dissipation, which ensues long life without deterioration in light output of the light emitting diodes sourced from reputed international companies.

Our investment in metal casing manufacture with a high speed turret punch press and powder coating plant for an excellent finish allows us the flexibility to produce new LED light fixtures in the shortest possible time to meet our customer's delivery schedules on timebound projects.

Backed by a state-of-the-art lighting laboratory with high performance photometric equipment to precisely measure light output and create lighting files for all our products, we are able to deliver high performance, aesthetically designed lighting fixtures for a wide range of exterior and interior lighting applications.
